York Hospital Center for Older Adult 护理 is pleased to announce two new services for adults 65 和 older, 的 Center for Older Adults 和 Older Adult House Calls. These services provide a more comprehensive consultation than would be possible at a regular primary care visit with 的 patient’s convenience in mind. Take a look at our offerings below.
Treatments & Services
York Hospital Center for Older Adult 护理 offers programs 和 services to better serve our community members who are 65 years of age or older. We underst和 circumstances can limit accessibility for some older adults. In response, we now offer outpatient consultation at our Center for Older Adults 和 personal House Calls with our dedicated Nurse
Practitioner.
